John knew that his outbursts of Aggression
were having a detrimental effect on his marriage
and fortunately he was, firstly able to admit
it, secondly he sought help, and then
subsequently, he had the problem resolved.
Significant benefits he gained from Private
Subconscious Therapy were his feelings of
Depression, Aggression, Guilt, Jealousy, Low
Self Esteem and Irritability.
His bad habits such as Gambling, Smoking and
Overeating also substantially subsided.
He now leads a calmer life as he is naturally
supposed to.
"I used to have a foul mouth, couldn't
control my temper and this greatly affected my
marriage. My Diabetes has even improved
significantly and just more interested in life.
Thanks Darren."

Outbursts that greatly affected her
relationship.
The physical symptoms she was suffering because
of her Unresolved Emotional cause, included

A Leopard can't change its spots,
But People Can Change, and their Feelings Can Change,
By fixing their Unresolved Emotion
Anger Management or Anger Resolving?
Why
just learn to manage Anger when you can resolve it instead?
With Private Subconscious Therapy, the aim is to resolve
deep seated problems like built up anger, by way of
resolving the original cause, the Unresolved Emotion.
Once this "Feeling Cause" is resolved, PST clients don't
experience aggressive outbursts as much because they gain a
much calmer life and can control their feelings such as
Anger more easily.
The Ugly side of Anger
Anger is a powerful emotion. If deep seated anger isn't
resolved, it can have destructive results for both you and
the people around you. Unresolved anger can lead to
arguments, physical fights, physical abuse, assault and
self-harm.
When a person get's Angry, the body's 'Fight
or Flight' response is triggered. Other emotions that
trigger this response include Fear, Excitement and Anxiety.
The adrenal glands flood the body with stress hormones, such
as adrenaline and cortisol. The autonomic nervous system
sends blood away from the gut and towards the muscles, in
preparation for physical exertion, and the
Digestive System and
immune system are not working anywhere near their full
capacity. Heart rate, blood pressure and respiration
increase, the body temperature rises and the skin perspires.
Health Problems
The constant flood of stress chemicals and associated
metabolic changes that accompany recurrent anger can
eventually cause harm to many different systems of the body.
Some of the health problems that have been linked to anger
include:
Headaches/Migraines
Digestion
problems
Insomnia
Anxiety
Depression
Muscle Tension
Back, Neck &
Shoulder Pain
High Blood
Pressure
Skin Problems
Heart Attack
Stroke
Anger Statistics
Approximately
45% of us regularly lose our temper at work
Over a third of
men are unhappy at work.
Over half of
the people working in an office have had office rage.
65% of people
express anger over the phone, 26% in writing and 9% face
to face.
Over 60% of
drivers claim to have been involved in road rage
incidents
Nearly 50% of
people have been the victims of bullying at work.
In the year
2006-07, there were 1038 violent assaults on trains,
trams and buses in Melbourne.
More worrying
still, violent offenders have increased by 5.3 per cent
on 2004-05.
Violent crime
accounts for 16 per cent of all offences resulting in
jail terms - the highest off all offences.
"Before I had Private Subconscious Therapy, I
was already dead inside.
No one understood me which caused me to
constantly hide. My stepfather abused me for 6
years, and every day I was in tears. For 18
years, my life was a disaster.
Defensive attitude and inconsolable tears very
quickly became my master.
But after seeing Darren, my blessings are too
incredible to explain. His approach was second
to none and the real me I have gained.
My Bi-Polar has lifted dramatically and I
no longer feel dead inside. As a mum of 5, my
kids used to call me "Angry Mum" & "Sad Mum".
All they call me now is "Happy Mum"
Thank you so much Darren for unlocking my
Barricaded Emotions".
Mark's Story
When Mark came for Private Subconscious Therapy,
he was down and out. He felt as though
everything was getting on top of him and as well
as experiencing high Anxiety he was
suffering from Depression
.
He is a successful business man, and new that
these Uncomfortable Feelings were
affecting his business as well as his health and
family life.
Below are his comments after his PST treatment.
"Dear Darren, Thank you for the opportunity
to refocus my life and increase my day to day
enjoyment of life in general. After our first
session, I experienced the best sleep I had had
in 2 months. My emotional state improved
overnight. Generally my quality of life has
improved greatly. I do not experience the lows,
Panic Attacks and feelings of
hopelessness. I look forward to a positive
future in business, family and life in general.
Thank you once again for your caring and
understanding commitment to improving people's
lives."
People who have some sort of Anxiety Disorder often
experience Depression as well, and
they find it hard to relax. Sleep Problems
and Muscle Tension are
common. They find going to sleep and getting a good night's
sleep difficult, with a Racing Mind going on. A
stressful life is present and they find it hard to operate
efficiently and calmly, feeling the need to always do
something to keep themselves busy and their mind active.
Many clients suffering from an Anxiety disorder, who have
had Private Subconscious Therapy, had also been experiencing
some sort of physical symptoms like Skin Problems
and/or Teeth Grinding.
Women are more
likely than men to suffer from anxiety disorders.
Approximately
twice as many women as men suffer from a panic disorder,
post-traumatic stress disorder or a generalized anxiety
disorder.
About equal
numbers of women and men have obsessive-compulsive
disorder and social phobia.
Anxiety
disorders are the most common mental health problem
today.
Each year a
further 20 000 Australians are found to have a mental
illness.
People
unemployed or not in the paid workforce had the highest
rates of mental disorder.
21% of males
and 22.1% of females with weekly household incomes of
less than $580 experienced mental health problems,
compared to 8.9% of males and 9.1% of females living in
households with a weekly income of more than $1030.
Anxiety
disorders are most common, and affected one in ten
adults, followed by affective disorders 5.8% (of which
depression is 5.1%), and substance use disorders - 7.7%
(of which 6.5% is alcohol related).
5% of
Australians experience anxiety so crippling that it
affects every aspect of their lives.
Mental health
problems were the fourth most common reason for seeing a
GP in 2004-2005. Almost 1 in 9 GP encounters involve a
mental health-related problem mostly depression, anxiety
and sleep disorders.

What
causes Anxiety ? (Remember, With PST you
don't have to know the cause to get better)
Anxiety Disorders can be caused by various
reasons.
Lots of people are physical within their work, sport or at
home. However, Private Subconscious Therapy has helped many
people to ease their physical pain because of the Emotional
Cause that promotes it. Muscle Tension is often linked to
Stress. Once the Unresolved Emotion has been resolved, and
the Fight or Flight system
rebalanced, it's only natural that physical symptoms
improve.
"I noticed immediately the ease in the
Tension in my neck and shoulder region. My
confidence has improved, I'm not as anxious and
I'm finding it easier to study.
Thank you for your non-invasive technique and
manner.
You have been a useful stepping stone for me."
Diane, Cairns.
Marriage Break-Down -
Physical Pain eases after Private Subconscious
Therapy
Trudy's Story
"The improvements in my life have been very
subtle but effective. I have released all my
grief and guilt resulting from my marriage break
down.
The joys in the simple things have returned and
I often find myself feeling at peace. My Back
Pain has gone and my skin problems have
nearly vanished completely.
My headaches are no more and also my Asthma is
nearly non-existent.
Ultimately, I feel that PST was extremely
beneficial and has opened doors to new growth
and development; Physically, Emotionally and
Spiritually. Thank you."
Sincerely Trudy Mareeba. FNQ
Emotional Causes
A large percentage of back pain complaints are not caused by
a physical problem. Psychological back pain is one of the
most common forms of back and spine pain. The mind and body
interact constantly and are jointly responsible for all
conditions of health and disease. Discounting the mind's
ability to cause and cure pain is the crucial mistake made
by both patients and doctors alike.
Although the causes of back pain are usually physical, it is
important to know that Emotional Stress can play a major
role in how severe pain is and how long it lasts.
All Emotion lodges in the body. If you understand a little
how the Fight or Flight
mechanism works, then you will understand how there will be
some sort of Muscle Tension and Physical Stress on the body?
When our F/F is out of balance, we are in a state of
constant readiness. We are stressed, nervous, anxious and
tense to some degree, (some more than others). We can be on
edge or irritated at the slightest of things and meanwhile
it is having a negative effect on our physical well-being.
There is an enormous amount of psychosomatic pain conditions
in today's stressful society. Unfortunately the majority of
these conditions are often misunderstood by modern medical
science.
Doctors play an important role in society, but many often
view themselves as engineers of the human body and think
that the body can be fined tuned like a machine.
Of course, the truth is that the body is just part of the
complex organism called the human being. The individual is
much more than just their physical body. In reality, the
human entity is comprised of the body, the mind and the
spirit.
The essence of being human is not contained in any one of
these parts, but instead in the interactions between them.
"Before Private Subconscious Therapy, I
lacked confidence that much, that I used to have
a very hard time looking someone in the eye
during a conversation.
I felt Inferior and Different.
I was always putting myself down and talking
negatively about anything and everything. I
found myself avoiding social occasions because I
felt scared of crowds and close contact with
people.
In my younger days I escaped reality by smoking
marijuana and drinking too much alcohol. The
alcohol gave me confidence, but only
temporarily.
Of all people, I was one that shouldn't have
touched marijuana, as it only made me more
Paranoid and Depressed.
But that was all before I had PST.
These days, I don't drink much, I don't smoke
and I can now easily see other people who have a
Low Self Esteem like I used to, and I
feel for them. Thanks so much for your help, I
feel great."
"I can't believe your therapy actually
worked. I thoroughly recommend it.
I have noticed definite changes in my Self
Confidence. I am handling difficult
situations so much easier, whereas before I used
to hide behind myself.
I used to find it very difficult in social
situations, but after PST my
Depression has
completely resolved, and my
Energy levels have risen dramatically.

What is
self-esteem ?
Self-esteem is about valuing who you are. It
is about liking yourself. It is not conceit
or boastfulness, but about believing in
yourself and what you can do in the world.
Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself
as a person and knowing that there are
things that you can do well.
Part of self-esteem is feeling that you have
a place in the world where you belong-that
you are part of a family where you matter.
It is knowing about your roots and having
confidence in your future.
This can be a problem for children who have
come from other countries and lost touch
with their 'roots'.
It can also be a problem for children who
have been part of a family break-up, if they
are split off from part of their family and
the history of that part of the family.
Self-esteem is about what matters to you. If
you want to be good at sport but everyone
tells you that you are good at art, it will
not help your self-esteem very much. If you
get encouragement and help in something you
want to do, and you succeed, your
self-esteem will grow.
Why is
self-esteem important ?
There is in every culture a basic level of
self-esteem that is needed in our family or
culture.
Self-esteem helps people to feel that they
can develop their own skills and contribute
to their community.
Research suggests that when people have low
self-esteem they don't feel confident about
doing things for themselves or using their
abilities and talents in the best way they
can.
Low
self-esteem is also likely to be linked to
worse health outcomes such as stress,
coronary heart disease and an increase in
anti-social behaviours.
It is
important to help develop children's self-esteem
from the time they are born to give them a good
foundation and help prevent poorer health
outcomes for them later in adult life. Children
of all cultures need to have a place in the
family and need to know they are loved because
of the special people they are.

Feeling Down
Have you ever felt down but can't explain why? Everything
and everyone around you seem just fine, and you don't really
have any reason to feel sad, but you do. Have you felt like
there was just no way out and nobody that can help? Maybe
you've had some thoughts of ending it all. You are not
alone.
"When I was 8, my parents split up, and I
think that was the cause of my Depression.
I remember feeling unloved, so lonely and
insecure and too many moments of sadness.
Through life, I vented out my built up anger on
the people I cared for and even my work
colleagues, and for no reason.
I found comfort in escaping and listening to
music from an early age and later on in life, I
got into drugs and alcohol which I now know was
just another way of escaping from reality.
My last really bad bout of Depression was
at my sisters 40th birthday, a celebration with
all of my family whom are all very close.
Everybody was having a ball but I was just
putting on a brave face for my sister. I felt
like dying that night....... I had nearly given
up hope.
Thankfully I came across Private Subconscious
Therapy soon after, which has turned my life
around. I just don't get that down anymore.
Sure I still get a bit stressed with the bills
coming in, and experience a bit of a demanding
life because I'm raising a family, but I can
handle the bumps in the road better. I'm
thinking clearer and good things just happen to
me now.
Thanks PST"

wife, Mary came soon after she noticed the
changes in Shaun.
They now live their lives free from that
emotional baggage they were carrying around
before PST.
"Things are going quite well for both Shaun
and I since we had PST with you. PST was the
first true step forward for Shaun's recovery
from Depression.
He has more energy and enthusiasm for life. As
for me, I am no longer fearful of having a
Panic Attack. Thank you for the role you
have played in turning our life around".

Current
statistics
The
World Health Organization (WHO) has
predicted that by 2020, depression will be
the second biggest health problem
world-wide, next to heart disease.
Mental Health problems accounted for 7.4% of
problems managed by GP's in 2001/02. Of
these, Depression made up 32%
Approximately 15% of men and 25% of women
will suffer from depression at sometime in
their life.
Depression is the leading cause of suicide
in Australia yet often goes unrecognized or
treated.
Each year, nearly 800,000 Australian adults
will experience a depressive illness.
Depression alone counts for more days lost
to the workplace than those lost to
industrial action.
Depression is the third most common cause of
illness among women and the tenth most
common cause among men.

How the imbalance of the
Fight or Flight system causes digestive problems
When our Fight or Flight mechanism is permanently
and partially out of balance, the Digestive System along
with the Immune System, aren't working to anywhere near
their full capacities. Energy is drawn away from these
organs to energise the muscles in readiness for a Fight or
Flight. Private Subconscious Therapy rebalances the Fight
and Flight system, (the Autonomic Nervous System) which in
turn eases any digestive problems that may be present. The
Emotional Cause is resolved, so the symptoms fade away.
Causes of Digestive Problems (Remember, With PST you don't have to know what the cause is, to get
better)
Stresses of all kinds, physical, emotional and mental, are
primary causes of poor digestion.

Bowel Movement Problems
Constipation is passage of only small amounts of hard, dry
stools, usually fewer than three times a week. People who
are constipated may find it difficult and painful to have a
bowel movement. Other symptoms of constipation include
feeling bloated, uncomfortable, and sluggish.
Diarrhea
Loose, watery stools occurring more than three times in one
day - is a common problem that usually lasts a day or two
and goes away on its own without any special treatment.
However, prolonged diarrhea can be a sign of other problems.
Diarrhea can cause dehydration, which means the body lacks
enough fluid to function properly. Dehydration is
particularly dangerous in children and the elderly, and it
must be treated promptly to avoid serious health problems.
Colostomy
Some diseases, such as bowel cancer, may require the
surgical removal of diseased portions of bowel. The bowel
may have to be rerouted through an artificially created hole
in the abdomen so that faeces can still leave the body. This
hole is called a stoma. A colostomy is an operation that
connects the colon to the abdominal wall, while an ileostomy
connects the last part of the small intestine (ileum) to the
abdominal wall. The stoma may be permanent in the case of
bowel cancer or serious injury, or it can be a temporary
measure while the bowel recovers from events such as
infection, inflammation or stab wounds.
Some of the conditions that may require colostomy or
ileostomy include: Bowel infections, Bowel inflammation,
Diverticulitis, Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis, Blocked
bowel, Bowel cancer, Familial adenomatous polyposis (a
precancerous condition) or serious injury to the bowel.
Constipation
Constipation is the passing of hard, dry stools. The most
common causes of constipation include a change in routine,
not enough fibre in the daily diet, not enough fluids and
lack of exercise. In some cases, constipation is caused by
more serious illnesses and events, including tumours and
systemic diseases.
Bad Breath
Bad Breath isn't caused by lack of teeth cleaning alone.
If a person's digestive system is constipated, the food
waste isn't passed when it should be, which can in turn
create an odour from the mouth.
The cause of
Irritable Bowel Syndrome is unknown,
but Private Subconscious Therapy has helped many people
By resolving the Emotional Cause.
Irritable Bowel
Syndrome
Around one in five Australians experiences the unpleasant
symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) at some time.
These include abdominal pain, mucus in the stools, and
alternating diarrhoea and constipation. Other terms for
irritable bowel syndrome include 'spastic colon' and
'irritable colon'. It seems that people with IBS have
sensitive bowels that are easily 'upset'. More women than
men are prone to IBS, and symptoms tend to first occur in
early adulthood.
Environmental factors such as changes of routine, emotional
stress, infection and diet can trigger an attack. Research
has shown that the neurotransmitter serotonin may be
important in the symptoms of IBS, by altering the function
of nerve cells in the bowel and causing changes in pain
sensation and bowel function.
Symptoms of IBS
Some of the more common signs of irritable bowel syndrome
include:
Abdominal pain
or cramping that is often relieved by passing wind or
faeces
Alternating
diarhoea and constipation
A sensation
that the bowels are not fully emptied after passing a
motion
Abdominal
bloating
Mucus present
in the stools
Nausea
Main IBS categories
Irritable bowel syndrome can be subdivided into three major
categories:
Constipation-predominant - the person tends to
alternate constipation with normal stools. Symptoms of
abdominal cramping or aching are commonly triggered by
eating.
Diarrhea-predominant - the person tends to
experience diarrhea first thing in the morning or after
eating. The need to go to the toilet is typically urgent
and cannot be delayed. Incontinence may be a problem.
Alternating
constipation and diarrhea.

Faecal Incontinence
People with faecal incontinence have difficulty controlling
their bowel. Faecal incontinence affects as many as one in
100 people. It is more common as you get older, but a lot of
younger people are also affected. There are many different
causes and the condition should be investigated by your
doctor.
Crohn's Disease
Crohn's disease is an ongoing disorder that causes
inflammation of the digestive tract, also referred to as the
gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Crohn's disease can affect any
area of the GI tract, from the mouth to the anus, but it
most commonly affects the lower part of the small intestine,
called the ileum. The swelling extends deep into the lining
of the affected organ. The swelling can cause pain and can
make the intestines empty frequently, resulting in diarrhea.
Crohn's disease is an inflammatory bowel disease, the
general name for diseases that cause swelling in the
intestines. Because the symptoms of Crohn's disease are
similar to other intestinal disorders, such as irritable
bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis, it can be difficult
to diagnose. Ulcerative colitis causes inflammation and
ulcers in the top layer of the lining of the large
intestine. In Crohn's disease, all layers of the intestine
may be involved, and normal healthy bowel can be found
between sections of diseased bowel.
Crohn's disease affects men and women equally and seems to
run in some families. About 20 percent of people with
Crohn's disease have a blood relative with some form of
inflammatory bowel disease, most often a brother or sister
and sometimes a parent or child. Crohn's disease can occur
in people of all age groups, but it is more often diagnosed
in people between the ages of 20 and 30.
People of Jewish heritage have an increased risk of
developing Crohn's disease, and African Americans are at
decreased risk for developing Crohn's disease.
The three most common things that people gain after their
Private Subconscious Therapy treatment are Calmness,
Concentration and More Energy.
They have more energy because their
Fight or Flight mechanism
has been rebalanced, and Homeostasis has returned. When an
imbalance is present, energy is almost constantly being used
up by means of Anxiety, Anger, Irritability, Headaches and
Lack of Sleep, to name a few. It's not a wonder people can
often feel tired.
Have a look at the symptoms below and if you find yourself
experiencing a few of them, there is a very strong chance
that your F/F is out of balance.
These discomforts
use up Energy, but once the Fight/Flight system has been
rebalanced by resolving the Emotional Cause, negative
feelings fade away. More energy is gained and people don't
feel as tired, because their Subconscious Mind isn't
constantly trying to put them back into balance all the
time.
The "fight or flight response" is our body's
primitive and automatic, inborn response. It prepares the
body to "fight" or "flee" from what we perceive as attack,
harm or threat to our survival.
Whether we experience excessive stress, from internal worry
or external circumstance, our "fight or flight" response is
triggered. This response is hard-wired into our brains and
represents a genetic wisdom designed to protect us from
bodily harm. This response actually corresponds to an area
of our brain called the hypothalamus, which-when
stimulated-initiates a sequence of nerve cell firing and
chemical release, that prepares our body for running or
fighting.
"Homeostasis" is the name given to the Balanced
State of our Fight or Flight system.
How the Fight or Flight system works
When we experience a Threat, Fear or Stress:
The Sympathetic division of the Autonomic
Nervous System (ANS) reacts and;
The
brain uses Nerve pathways to initiate
reactions in the body
Heart rate accelerates
Blood Pressure increases
Blood vessels are constricted
Breathing becomes heavier
Blood supply to the Skin is dampened
Salivary Glands produces less saliva
Kidney decreases urine secretion
Pupils dilate to take in as much light
as possible
Blood is sent away from the gut, causing
Muscle Tension in preparation for
physical exertion
This inhibits the Digestive System
Perspiration increases
The
adrenal glands flood the body with Stress
hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol
The
Immune System is cut right down

There is Trouble Focusing on small

Do you have any
trouble with the above physical Symptoms ?
When the Fight or Flight is active, there is a huge
Chemical, Energy and Physical imbalance in the body, but
this is appropriate for the particular time. Then, once the
threat or stress has gone, the Para-Sympathetic
division of the ANS reacts and rebalances the F/F system
(along with all the organs affected) and brings us back to
Homeostasis.
However, sometimes the Subconscious perceives that there is
still a threat there, whether it's minor or major, so there
can then be a permanent and partial imbalance on the Fight or Flight, causing
physical symptoms and discomforts in the body, such as the
organs listed above.
Feelings
that can occur when the Fight or Flight is
active
Fear
Anxiety
Nervousness
Anger
Rage
Unworthiness
Hurt
Lack of Trust
Aggression
Jealousy
Sadness
Guilt
Insecurity
Abandonment
Lack of Confidence
Loss of Love
Betrayal
Rejection
Loneliness
Many of these Feelings and physical Symptoms can still be
present
when there is a partial imbalance on the Fight or Flight
system.
The good news is,
because these uncomfortable feelings were a learnt response,
they can be re-learnt.
And this is exactly what PST does.
Causes of Fight and Flight imbalances (There can be
many, below are just some examples)
Remember, With Private Subconscious Therapy you don't have
to know what the cause is to get better.

Family break-ups/Problems
Relationship break-ups/Problems
Being part of or witnessing a horrific event
(e.g. victims of crime, serious accidents,
war veterans, police, etc.)
Are your Headaches a Physical or Emotional Origin ?
Private Subconscious Therapists believes that many people's
Migraines and Headaches are of an Emotional cause. Once the
Fight or Flight system has
been rebalanced by resolving the Unresolved Emotion, a
calmer outlook is gained, which in turn eases discomforts
such as a Racing Mind, Irritability and Anger. This in turn
lessens the likelihood of Headaches and Migraines
occurring because the Subconscious isn't constantly trying
to rebalance the F/F as it was before.
"The improvements in my life have been very
subtle but effective.
I have released all my grief and guilt resulting
from my marriage break down. The joy in the
simple things has returned and I often find
myself feeling at peace.
My Back Pain has gone, Skin Problems nearly
vanished, Headaches resolved and my
Asthma is so far 90% better.
Ultimately, I feel that this therapy was
extremely beneficial and has opened doors to new
growth and development; Physically, Emotionally
and Spiritually.
"In general, I am handling life far better
than I have in the past and PST has definitely
been a significant turning point for several if
not many things.
My Depression has
nearly resolved completely and I hardly ever get
Migraines anymore.
Thank you so much for your work and being there
when I needed you. You're doing great things.
Thanks Darren."

Current
Statistics on Pain
An MBF Foundation study revealed that the annual cost of
pain is a massive $34.3 billion per annum in Australia. This
is nearly $11,000 for each of the estimated 3.2 million
people that have to deal with almost daily persistent pain.
The study also found that people with persistent pain have
to bear more than half of the costs burden themselves.
It also suggested that a big chunk of the $7 billion spent
directly by the health system could be saved if pain was
better managed.
One of the conditions that cause people to suffer persistent
pain is recurrent Headache, and especially
Migraine.
Approximately half of the clients, who have Private
Subconscious Therapy, are experiencing relationship concerns
of some sort. The problems are either with family members,
friends, work associates or people in positions of
authority. Holding grudges isn't healthy, but many people do
it. Sometimes even subconsciously and without consciously
being aware of it, we can hold on to ill feelings from the
past. We think we have forgiven, but we haven't really dealt
with it on an inner level.
There are also people who are unable to see that, they
themselves are the problem in a relationship, and blame
everybody else for the negative things in their life.
Trevor had PST for his Sleep Deprivation after he saw the
fantastic changes in his wife
Bron who was suffering from
Bi-Polar. Click on the links above to see how the changes from PST
affected their relationship and their kids.
John was strong enough to recognize that he was
the main reason behind his relationship problems
in his marriage.
He had Private Subconscious Therapy to resolve
his "Aggression
" and "Fowl Mouth" and to save his marriage. He
was carrying around a lot of built up Anger, and
amongst other discomforts was also suffering
from Depression .
Four months after his PST treatment, he dropped
in to the office and he brought some photos of a
brumby horse that he had broken in.
He was so proud, as he told the story about how
he broke in the wild horse in such a short
amount of time compared to what he used to. He
explained how he felt so much calmer and knew
that the horse felt his calmness too.
On the health side of things, his Diabetes and
Ulcers and Back Pain also significantly
improved.
Shaun was suffering from severe
Depression until it
was resolved through Private Subconscious
Therapy.
His partner saw such a dramatic change in him,
and then came herself for her
Low Confidence ,
Anxiety and Skin
Problems. It wasn't long before her sister,
mother and brother-in-law had booked in for PST.
"Things are going quite well for both Shaun
and I since we had the therapy.
PST was the first true step forward for Shaun's
recovery from Depression
.
It's easy for one side of the relationship to see their
partner suffering certain discomforts, but the hard part is
for the sufferer to admit they have a problem. Once they
have done this, they are well on their road to recovery.
Unfortunately many people take their problems with them to
the grave.
If your partner is suffering emotional problems in some way,
and you want them to get help, a good way to approach it is
to suggest couple therapy, instead of directly saying to
them that they "Need Help!" Call Resolve PST for a chat.
It's always easier for a professional to assess what needs
to be done and to suggest something.
The partner of a PST client often comes for treatment, after
noticing the Calmness and health benefits that their "Other
half" has gained.
The individual who
has PST isn't the only person who benefits.
Friends, work colleagues and loved ones are also affected.
Current Statistics

It's hard to get a good night's sleep, if your
Fight or Flight mechanism
is out of balance. Stress and Sleep Deprivation affects our day to day focus
and performance.
Many people who suffer from High Stress levels, Anxiety or
Depression are prone to sleep problems, often going to bed,
but unable to relax because of a Racing Mind.
Unfortunately 95% of people with Sleep Disorders remain
undiagnosed and untreated. A Racing Mind, Sleep Problems and
Headaches can be a strong sign that your Subconscious Mind
is trying, constantly to put your F/F back into balance
(Homeostasis).

their best (24% vs. 19%).
People
with insomnia are more likely to exacerbate or
perpetuate their sleep problem by drinking alcohol to
help induce sleep, smoking close to bedtime, and by
sleeping in late in the morning according to the May
2005 issue of the journal Sleep.
Results
of the study show that people with insomnia consume
alcohol within 30 minutes of bedtime more often than
controls, and 29 percent of them use alcohol to try to
induce sleep.
Among
regular smokers 45.3 percent of insomniacs smoke within
